Cause: Technician found vehicle has nearly new brake pads and rotors installed on the front of the car, but brake pad contact points were not greased when brakes were repaired at another auto repair facility. We recommend disassemble and lubricate the brake components properly.

Problem: Customer reported hot fluid spraying on their foot while driving.
Diagnosis: Inspection under the dash found coolant leaking from the heater core.
Repair: heater core replacement. Coolant flush. Coolant replacement. With this vehicle the entire dash assembly must be removed to get access to the heater assembly and the heater core. This is a big, complicated job!
